Preventative Maintenance Plan
Preventative Maintenance Repair program for roof systems with significant remaining life expectancy (6 years or greater):
- Development of Preventative Maintenance Program and documentation check list for routine roof reviews by Facility Management Staff.
- Hands-on, practical training of Facility Management Staff in conducting Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
- Hands-on, practical training of Facility Management Staff in conducting minor maintenance repairs to roof systems (i.e. caulking, addressing wind scour, refilling gum boxes, etc).
Electronic/Thermal Scanning
Employed to quickly and accurately identify areas of moisture laden substrates due to roof membrane penetration.
